Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my AirPlanner Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not inside AirPlanner. To cancel: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, choose Subscriptions, select AirPlanner Pro, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
For refund requests, use Apple's Report a Problem page, which is the standard refund channel for App Store purchases.
How does the AI travel assistant work?
The AI suggests destinations, builds itineraries, and finds flights based on the messages you send it inside the app. It only sees the messages within the current trip — it does not access your photos, contacts, or other apps.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app and tap on Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your trips, AI messages, and saved destinations immediately. You may also request deletion by emailing alecattie@cybertiks.com from the email address associated with your account.
Does AirPlanner work offline?
AirPlanner does work offline. An active internet connection is required to plan new trips or make any modifications. However viewing trips, days, and activities works fully offline.
Which devices and iOS versions are supported?
Only iPhone is officially supported. AirPlanner runs on iOS 16.0 and later, and is tested on every iPhone from the iPhone XR onward.
